Apexure is a leading UK-based agency specializing in high-converting landing pages, websites, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and marketing automation. With team members in India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and the UK, we are dedicated to designing and developing websites and landing pages that drive measurable results.

We are seeking a Web Designer (not a front-end developer) who is passionate about conversions and delivering exceptional user experiences. The role involves designing conversion-focused wireframes and mockups for landing pages and websites (not mobile apps) using various design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This is not a UX/UI role for creating web or mobile apps. This is a role suited for candidates who are passionate about creating great user experiences for Websites and Landing Pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and mockups for new layouts and features that align with user needs and business goals.
• Design mockups for A/B tests to optimize user experience and boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team to analyse website data and user behaviour, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
• Integrate persuasive copy into designs to drive conversions.
• Stay up to date with the latest CRO tools, trends, and strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, providing updates and presenting design concepts.
• Meet deadlines and deliverables while adhering to client expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing conversion-focused landing pages and websites.
• Design Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma or similar tools.
• Web Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other tools to evaluate user behaviour and conversions.
• Project Management: Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, particularly with marketing, development, and content teams.
• Communication: Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to our clients and stakeholders in the UK and US.
