Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Fresher / Entry-Level Web Designer who has a basic foundation in web design, a strong interest in learning, and genuine passion for design. Prior work experience is not mandatory—what matters most is your design understanding, curiosity, and willingness to grow.

If you enjoy working on layouts, typography, colours, and user-focused designs and are excited to improve your skills with real projects this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing websites and landing pages (desktop & mobile)

Convert basic wireframes and briefs into visual designs

Maintain design consistency across pages

Apply basic UX principles in layouts

Support senior designers in design tasks and revisions

Make updates based on feedback and guidance

Learn conversion-focused design and modern web standards

Continuously upgrade design skills and tools

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of web and UI design principles

Familiarity with Figma (preferred)

Knowledge of layouts, spacing, typography, and colour

Interest in UX and user-focused design

Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve

Good communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and creative mindset

Eligibility

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Design education, online courses, or self-learning portfolios are welcome

Must be willing to work onsite in Srinagar (Karan Nagar)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Personal or academic design projects

Basic awareness of responsive design

Interest in CRO, landing pages, or marketing-oriented design

We are seeking a Web Designer (not a front-end developer) who is passionate about conversions and delivering exceptional user experiences. The role involves designing conversion-focused wireframes and mockups for landing pages and websites (not mobile apps) using various design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This is not a UX/UI role for creating web or mobile apps. This is a role suited for candidates who are passionate about creating great user experiences for Websites and Landing Pages.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes and mockups for new layouts and features that align with user needs and business goals.
Design mockups for A/B tests to optimize user experience and boost conversion rates.
Collaborate with the team to analyze website data and user behaviour, identifying areas for enhancement.
Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
Integrate persuasive copy into designs to drive conversions.
Stay up to date with the latest CRO tools, trends, and strategies.
Participate in client meetings, providing updates and presenting design concepts.
Meet deadlines and deliverables while adhering to client expectations.

Requirements

Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing conversion-focused landing pages and websites.
Design Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma or similar tools.
Web Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other tools to evaluate user behaviour and conversions.
Project Management: Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, particularly with marketing, development, and content teams.
Communication: Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to our clients and stakeholders in the UK and US.
