Apexure is a UK-based leading agency specialising in high-converting Landing Pages, Websites, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Marketing Automation. With team members across India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and the UK, we are dedicated to designing and developing websites and landing pages that drive measurable results.

We seek a Junior HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our HR initiatives. As a Junior HR Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR department's daily operations and helping build a strong company culture. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and talent management, with a focus on ensuring an efficient and well-coordinated HR process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates of HR systems.

• Support HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and labour laws.

• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and team-building activities.

• Manage employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Track attendance, manage leave records, and assist with payroll preparation.

• Participate in performance review cycles and provide administrative support.

  
  

  
  

Skill Requirements:

Candidate must have:

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive in a SaaS environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, specialised in Human Resources, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with a few HR software and practices.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
