We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Client Support Coordinator who enjoys communicating with clients, coordinating requests, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent client communication skills with a strong technical aptitude. You'll coordinate client requests, understand technical requirements, and perform basic website and landing page updates while working closely with our delivery team
Act as the first point of contact for client requests via shared inboxes and Slack.
Respond professionally to client queries with clarity and empathy.
Coordinate client requests with internal design, development, and delivery teams.
Handle tasks within your scope, including basic website and landing page updates.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up.
Keep shared inboxes organized, prioritized, and up to date.
Maintain clear documentation with screenshots, notes, and task updates.
Monitor pending requests and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Share end-of-day handover updates highlighting completed work, pending items, and priorities.
1–2 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Success, Account Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Close attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working during US business hours.
Experience using Slack, ClickUp, Missive, Gmail, or similar collaboration tools.
Basic WordPress knowledge (content updates, page builders, plugins).
Familiarity with Unbounce or landing page platforms.
Basic understanding of domains and DNS is an advantage.
Experience working in a digital marketing or web development agency is a plus.
